San Francisco recently announced a partnership with review site Yelp; the City's health inspection scores will appear on Yelp restaurant pages.This is an example of the increasing convergence between crowd reports and professional, impartial inspections. The next big hurdle will be how to make crowd reports actionable in the way government does business.
