Wang Huiyao is the director general of the Center for China and Globalization; vice chairman of the China Western Returned Scholars Association; and vice chairman of the China Talent Society, Ministry of Human Resources.
He is also a Rajawali Senior Research Fellow at the Ash Center; a member of Advisory Board of Richard Ivey School of Business in Asia; and a senior fellow at Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada. Wang has also taught and been affiliated at such institutions as Peking University; University of Western Ontario; China University of Political Science and Law; Xi'an Jiaotong University; Harbin Engineering University; Guangdong University of Foreign Studies; Tsinghua University; and Brookings Institution.
Wang's research focuses on global talents issues; Chinese returnees’ development; and China and globalization issues.
