LIU Jinde is a management science specialist from the Organization Department of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee. He is also a Ph.D. candidate at Central South University. As a Rajawali Fellow, Liu will conduct research on China's decision making, leadership, and governance in response to internet-based public opinion.
