Alfred Moore
Alfred Moore is a Marie Curie Research Fellow working on a three year project titled “Epistemology and Democracy in Complex Societies,” supported by the EU’s FP7 program. He is visiting the Ash Center from University College Cork (UCC), Ireland, where he is an assistant professor in the Department of Philosophy, teaching a range of courses in political theory. He has a Ph.D. from the University of Bath. Before he joined UCC, he was a research assistant in the Department of Political Science, University of Hannover. He specializes in political theory, democratic governance, and the politics of science and technology.
